This class focusses on the basics of tumbling including rolls and cartwheels, handstands, bridges and walkovers.
With practical break downs of moves and specific conditioning and flexibility exercises to help you get the most benefit from each class.

Our classes focus on conditioning and technique in a well-equipped gymnastics space with sprung floor, crash mats and all the blocks and supports you might need.

Attendee instructions
Please book your space in advance so I know how many people to expect. If it is your first class please fill in the booking form so I have some understanding of what you have done before and any health concerns.
What to bring/wear:

Comfortable sports-wear like leggings and t-shirt
How to access the building:
Set satnav for Kingswood gymnastics centre. On arrival go around the circular lawn and into the car park. Then walk back towards the road and go to the right hand side of the estate and find the building in the furthest right corner next to the bike sheds. The entrance door is on the left hand side of the building nearest the road. Go towards the house and turn right, there is a blue/red door on the right with Kingswood Gymnastics and AAAH signs on it.
